Organic spirulina powder-arthrospira plantensis

Spirulina is a tiny, filamentous blue-green alga that has been used as a healthy functional food for a long time. It is grown commercially in controlled conditions in large outdoor ponds. Spirulina's chemical structure, which contains protein, carbs, essential nutrients, minerals (particularly iron), healthy fats, vitamins, & colors, is primarily responsible for its health advantages. Spirulina's three key bioactive components, the proteins phycocyanin, sulfated polysaccharides, & -linolenic acid, appear to play essential roles in improving human body processes in this regard. The World Health Organization (WHO) has employed Spirulina as a protein source and minerals, especially beta-carotene, to nourish malnourished Indian children.
